AI UX Bites #2 — Cove, Raycast & Conductor

Welcome to the second email of a new series we’ve started at Aiverse, the only newsletter navigating you through the AI-UX universe.

We are like the ‘Lego instruction booklet’ of AI experiences (we help you build your product, brick-by-brick).

It’s a very straight-forward email. 2 mins read, 5 pieces of inspo.

1. Multiple agents

Conductor (a new product on the block) has a new angle to managing multiple agents, something we’ve all been talking about, but haven’t yet seen in broadly.

It’s sleek and looks powerful. Now, just waiting for my JARVIS-style dashboard :)

2. Slide for new chat

Raycast’s slide for new chat isn’t exactly an AI UX interaction, but it is a hidden gem which feels intuitive to use, better than having to reach for the top right/left.

3. Voice mode

Perplexity’s voice mode is just a beauty to experience.

They’ve nailed the haptics, the audio-visualizer (throwback to the Window’s media player days) and the different states needed to create a voice-as-an-input AI UX.

Psst.. we added 3 new patterns to our library - including how to design for voice mode and its different states. If you’re designing for voice, it’ll definitely come in handy.

4. Easy peasy memes maker

Dingboard’s a hidden tool, not one in my everyday use atleast (I don’t make enough memes 😅).

It uses remove background and inpainting flawlessly, but one thing I liked was the customization afterwards: depth-control, how much background do you want to remove?

5. Cove’s loader

Cove’s loading is a unique animation that livens up interaction. I love it! As soon as the loading starts, a pulse goes outwards and soon their eye-mascot-agent starts writing.

It’s fun, it’s lively, and it’s perfect for an infinite canvas.
